The Newton Noggin was created to help bring Newton residents, churches, organizations, and businesses together with technology to enhance our city. It is our heart at One Source Solutions to serve our community. We strongly believe in the law of the harvest and feel there is no way to get around the fact that we all will reep what we sow. With that in mind we want to honor The Corner Table with this simple business idea and donate half of our gross profit to feed the less fortunate. We have been donating our time to The Corner Table and believe in what they do and how they do it. The Newton Noggin is an app that will provide push notifications for events, emergencies, or valuable information that Newton residents will hopefully find valuable. The more residents that download the app, the more valuable the app is to businesses who support the Noggin. We hope to provide coupons from local businesses, directions, one touch calling from the app, weather and alerts, we will also provide homes for sale listings to realtors and for sale by owners. We hope to find contributing writers to support the noggin so it is fresh with local information. The supporting businesses are only asked to give 500.00 per year and we feel it will be valuable enough to the business by itself. We hope this will create a job as well and feel it could be duplicated in other cities to help the less fortunate. We do however understand that businesses can't give to everything and 500 isn't much to a medium size business with marketing budgets, but it is to a small salon, or bakery. We don't want anyone to feel obligated, but we know it is a worthy project and a worthy cause. All of the functions of the app can be valuable and we hope you will enjoy the app. It isn't in stone so feel free to contact us with ideas that we can implement into the app!
